Become a Partner

Employer Partners are Minnesota employers committed to making substantial improvements in their employee participation rates in direct deposit and/or retirement savings. Employers are encouraged to sponsor financial training or refer employees to community resources. Partners are expected to participate in baseline and periodic measurement of progress in participation rates over a multi-year period.

Resource Partners are nonprofit organizations that are working to improve financial fitness of Minnesotans and are committed to helping employers improve employee financial fitness.
